What we collect
When you submit a trip brief, we collect: your name, email, optional phone/WhatsApp, country, and the trip details you provide (destinations, dates, group size, budget, golf level, evening preferences, free-text notes).
Why we collect it
So we can reply to your brief, send it to the operators we'd recommend, and follow up with you about your trip. That's it.
Who we share it with
Only the 2–3 operators we match to your brief. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
For active trip planning, until the trip is complete plus 12 months (for follow-up and any post-trip support). You can ask us to delete it sooner.
